Customs, duties, and taxes

Atelier of ties is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Atelier of ties is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Wrong or Incomplete address

If your package return to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-delivery your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
